Friday night, Sept 18th, 6pm - 7pm Gateway Hotel Event Room (Center) Community is invited to view a recent portrait by local artist Susan Swiderski. Susan will be speaking at 6pm about her process. Commissioned by the Friends, we are honoring Dorothy Urbach for her 25 years as President of our association in the 60's, 70's and into the 80's. Stop in any time during the hour. Masks are required, distance seating is available. Do not attend if you are not feeling well. Saturday afternoon, Sept 19th, 2pm - 3pm Gateway Hotel Event Room (Center) Author Visit - Presentation and Book Signing Friends Members and Community are invited to this author event. Naomi is willing to answer questions about her writing and publishing. Her current books are all about Alaska. Masks are required, distance seating is available. Do not attend if you are not feeling well.
