Long time Alaskan Chuck Sassara will be in Seward, Alaska, March 11 & 12 at the Library Museum located at 239 6th Avenue. Two sessions have been arranged for this historic Alaskan pilot, former Legislator and now author to come to Seward. Chuck will be at the Seward Museum, Friday night, March 11, 2016, during a special time set just for members of the two associations that are co-hosting. Starting at 5:30 p.m. in the museum at the round table, members only will hear Chuck's stories and be able to ask questions. A book signing will follow with light refreshments.
Saturday afternoon, March 12th at 2 p.m. the public is invited to come to the Seward Library Museum to sit by the windows upstairs and have stories told with a Q & A time with book signing following and light refreshments provided.
Are you a member of RBHS (Resurrection Bay Historical Society) or SCLA (Seward Community Library Association) a.k.a Friends of the Seward Library? Memberships can be renewed or started at the door for Friday night special 'Members Only' event! Saturday is open to public, and is appropriate for all ages, especially seniors/elders that may remember Chuck Sassara!
